Principal's Message

Don Bosco College, Mampetta with its motto “Crescat et Floreat” (Grow and Glow) aims at imparting quality education to its beneficiaries. The College is part of the worldwide Don Bosco Institutions present in 133 countries, and is affiliated to the University of Calicut, Kerala. Education, especially Higher Education, is not just for passing the University examinations, but for scoring high grades in life. It is a process of “Human Renaissance”, through which one is able to realize the depth of one’s innate being which will enable the individuals to become positive agents of social transformation. Don Bosco College, Mampetta spares no effort in imparting integrated education to the students keeping in mind this process of human renaissance through value education, personality development classes, self-discipline, social involvement and other such programmes.

“Education is a matter of the heart,” said Don Bosco. So Don Bosco College campus offers a family atmosphere in a ‘home away from home’ environment. My wish and prayer is that all the students on the campus may realize the importance of this human renaissance and may respond positively to ensure a bright future for them and may contribute their share to build up a better society for all to live in peace and harmony.
